Download linux mint 15 and use something like unetbootin then enter bios and do that follow these steps:
- When your notebook booting press F2
- Go to Boot page and Enable “Launch CSM” option.
- Then go to security page and disable the “Security boot controle”.
- Now save the changes and restart the netbook, and press escape button
- Now you must find your USB device, select it !
Download you applets and then decompress them in – file system – usr – share – cinnamon – applets
trust mouse stopped working on Mint 13 so updated to mint 14 still the same but i’m getting the same issue as HERE

My laptop DELL studio 1737 is running HDMI RV365 – radeon HD 3600 series

Open terminal type info below let it does it thing, except any request to install etc
sudo apt-add-repository ppa:ubuntu-x-swat/x-updates
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install nvidia-current
reboot open a video connected to HDMI and cheeck sound option in the main menu – select HDMI and make sure mute is unticked (it was before but made no difference, after installing the REPO it all works fine excellent stuff mint 13 is a keeper for now !!
Guys get with the plan why are you still using windows, Linux be it Mint, Ubuntu or any other version is free, you download it to your pc or laptop
and boot it from disc, have a test before you install it (run it from disc) as soon as you like it it helps you install it left hand disc the disc image says install !! how easy
no code’s to mess up no issues with invalid keys etc, its simply and everything works well as it should except SKY go moonlight hasn’t been updated so thats a no goer
